TIME'S GAMBLE

Some people enjoy risk. They are very comfortable with the idea of taking gambles and not worrying about consequences.

And they will always be so confident about the outcome. They can call it faith. If you talk to them normally they don’t have any details.

A lot of times they can be so convincing. And when it works out they are the hero. If not it normally gets forgotten.

And then when you asked them about what happen they will say a lot of things, but never that they were wrong. This is the sadness.

When we mess ourselves up by such behavior this causes us problems. If it involves others even worse.

There is a balance between faith and common sense. Faith is in part believing nothing is impossible with God.

But at the same time He gave us a brain. And expects us to us it. And to listen when His spirit speaks.

Because that is the part that requires us to use more than your pride. To look and not be afraid to admit to making mistakes.

That is never and easy thing to admit. It can be downright impossible for some. And it will always cause problems.

Now the joy is when we listen to the Lord. Don’t let ourselves give into fear. For that will only lead to doubts.

Somewhere we need balance. We need to find the corridor of sanity between reason and stupidity

And to let the spirit find the real light. Not some candle of our own mind. One that we light by our own desires.

And that is when we always find that path truly guiding by the Lord then we stop making the road fit our needs. We look for His path.

Some times it is a challenge. A type of inner choice that will always involve tough options.

Such is the journey we have to follow. The times we move and don’t always see the end. For He does guide.

And it is goes to the heart when we let it.
