WONDER

Wonder

The things we ask in moments when nothing makes sense. We sit and wonder, and wonder, but don't always get answers.

I have known plenty of people who have faced the same problems with the same results. Essentially, which is confusion.

Searching for answers is something that we all do. Sometimes better than others. And it still means we have to try.

But perhaps the greatest challenge is that we find ourselves in the place to seek the Lord in the process. Some times that never happens.

However, it doesn't mean it has to stay that way. For there are times when not having answers is very important.

If they came when we expected them and in ways we could control we might not turn to God for understanding. Which does affect when and how the answers either do or don't come.

The hard part is when the answers never come. I know I have had times in my life that I still have never truly been able to understand.

But this I have found hasn't kept me from believing in God. It just serves to help me appreciate that faith is not about having all the answers.

For this is part of the greater understanding we must all endure. And that takes time to truly appreciate.

I have traveled in those circles where they spent the days trying to pretend it all made sense and life was perfect. But that only avoids the greater issues.

For we can not spend time pretending life is other than what it is. And maybe find some good reason to justify our blunders.

But in the end, deep down we know that is not reality. None of which ever results in things improving.

However, some do manage to get by not thinking in the best of terms. They succeed in the joy of making up whatever story works for them.

All of which never is made any calmer or clear when we don't involve the lord. It just becomes another by pass of life where faith gets lost.

In the end, perhaps we remain other than clear, but at least with the Lord there is joy in th silence.
