Sapphire blasts of love’s deep booming display
blend with the amethyst shade of devotion,
until a wounded heart can feel their precious tapestry
hung over the bleakest of inner midnights.

Oh blessed radiance of illumined fans in rainbow light
who take the suffering spirit
out of that abyss of sadness and sorrow
so the intense array in iridescent warm
heals that seeping gash of depression.

It is all the artistry of one life painting another
with the strokes that inflame a reason to never give up.
