They are never
numbered
with symbols
one can see.
For the sum
is a tally
added
by the mind
when good
glows
form the experience.
To be rich
in the bounty of heaven
doesn’t
have a total,
which one
can add
in the checkbook,
nor at a price
of one’s conscience.
